April in Chennai is hot and tropical, with daytime temperatures around 32–35°C (90–95°F). Expect mostly sunny skies, cooling sea breezes along the coast, and a chance of light pre-monsoon showers toward the end of the month.

We would love to see you in Indian attire for some of our events (refer to the events page for details on the theme for each event), but it’s absolutely optional—please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.

For the wedding, we will be offering on-site assistance for sari draping for anyone who would like to wear a sari. If you’re interested in this support, please let us know by contacting our wedding planners so we can plan accordingly.

A variety of Indian food will be served during all the events. Please note that all the food will be vegetarian  and no alcohol will be served at any events
